Well.. here we go... Taking a jump off the LJ cliff..
You can ask me three questions. Any three, no matter how personal, private or random, I will answer them honestly. But, you must post this in your LJ to give your friends, including me, a chance to ask you 3 questions.
Have fun digging into my life :)

3. What was your favorite piece of playground equipment as a kid?

Date: 2004-11-12 08:34 pm (UTC)Variations on a Theme of Thomas Talis by Ralph Vaughn Willams. It's kinda funny that my ultimate favorite piece isn't even a choir/vocal piece. I just love his music and this piece...GAH. If I had the ability I'd do like a "thanks for X years West Wing cast and Crew" fanvid to it.
2. If you couldn't play your current one, which BtO character (not canon, mind you) would you pick to play?
Hmm...Honeslty? Josh or Sam...Both of which are expertly played now.
I chickened outta playing Sam because I just was plain scared of RPing a man and Josh was already taken. Donna too... but again already taken and they had a good rapport built up.
3. What was your favorite piece of playground equipment as a kid?
I loved this little mini-merry go round thing back in Parnell Elementary outside of Plymouth, Wisconsin. It was so unsafe but it was so much fun. It was a mini spin thing that three people would stand on and hold on to bars that went up from the base to about 3 feet in the middle. Sometimes you could get it going so fast that you'd do something called a "chickenfly." Your feet would fly out from under you and you'd "fly" around just barely holding on. I was too big to really chickenfly but I did it once.
This was the same piece of equipment that my sister fell off of and bit her tongue right down the middle...almost in half. I have a distinct memory of her coming to me crying, blood dripping out of her mouth and dribbling all over her silver jacket. I found out later that my mother had to throw that jacket out, there was so much blood on it. (my sister is perfectly fine now by the way)

Date: 2004-11-13 01:39 am (UTC)It's of my grandfather on my mothers side (pahpoo in greek)I was sitting at the table throwing playing cards at him and he was throwing them at me. At least I'm pretty sure it's a memory... It might be something I made up but it's my earliest.
2) If you had to choose between a world without sound or a world without sight, which would it be?
God... as someone that's been a music freak for most of her life a world without sight probably. Even though It's not gonna be my carrier anymore I can't think about what my life would be like without music...
3) What did you want to be when you were a little kid?
Yikes... I wanted to be an Archaeologist or an Astronaut. Yep, other than that...hell I don't even know what I want to be now.
hm...

3. What makes you feel better after a bad day (and don't say getting on the internet, there must be soemthing else you find therapeutic)?

Hmm...I've always liked New York, maybe back to Chicago.
2. Ideally (regardless of education, ability or lack of either) what would you like to do for a living?
Gah...wow. You're evil. The dreamy part of me says go be in politics and save the world, but I know I'm not cut out for it. But yeah that's the dreamy answer.
The realistic answer is probably a history teacher or something.
3. What makes you feel better after a bad day (and don't say getting on the internet, there must be something else you find therapeutic)?
Reading a good book. Even if it's something I've read before I enjoy reading it over. I like finding nuances in the story that I didn't find the last time.
Also chilling while channel surfing. Going out to lunch/dinner with the normal crew also does wonders to get me out of funks.
