Happy Easter to all my Christan Buddies.... To all my non-Christian buddies.. Well... I hope you have fun this weekend.

 I'm up to 4 pages of E Pluribus Unum. We'll see if my recent bout of creativity lasts through the week. I need to buckledown and practice. I also need to get one of the pieces memorized before I go to bed tonight. I hate memorizing words... Tune I get right off, words... erg don't go there.

 As usual the entire family was involved in easter service today. Mom and I in the Adult Choir, Mary in the youth choir and Dad playing Tuba and arranging the Brass music. At one point, my former Physics teacher in slight shock at just how musical my family is said "What are you guys the fucking Von Traps?" ::snerk::

For some reason throughout the sermon today I couldn't help but think of tha scene with Bartlet, Toby and the Egg Cream from "The Midterms."

TOBY: Good evening, Mr. President.

BARTLET: Toby, I'm drinking the most fantastic thing I've ever tasted in my life: chocolate syrup, cold milk, and seltzer. I know it sounds terrible, but trust me, I don't know where this has been all my life.

TOBY: It's called an egg cream, Mr. President. We invented it in Brooklyn.

BARTLET: In Brooklyn.

TOBY: Yes, sir.

BARTLET: Not New England?

TOBY There are some good things in this world not from New England, sir.

BARTLET: Toby, don't ever let me hear you say that again.

TOBY: Yes, sir.
