Gateway is totally on CRACK...

I think I mentioned a while ago that my lovely Gateway laptop cracked one of it's hinges and that I sent it way for about a month to be fixed.
Late last week I get an e-mail "yay computer coming back to you!" So I'm like YAY! Except it's a brand new computer. Not that I'm complaining mind you, because I got bluetooth capability out of it which is pretty nice. But anyway, that's not where things get weird.
Today I get a call from my mom. Turns out, gateway sent me another package. So I come home from buying 6 seasons of Buffy DVD's at a damn good price (after doing the math I saved at least 100 bucks on the deal) Inside the package is my old computer.
Yeah WHISKEY FOXTROT TANGO to about the ninety ninth degree.
So, now I have my old computer and a new one, I've already loaded all my backup shit on the new computer and like OMG WTF do I do now? It's obviously Gateway's screwup...but, I'm petrified they're gonna charge me for the new computer. This is getting impossible. First I have to harass them just to find out what's wrong, and now I'm like petrified they're gonna try to charge me 1,500+ dollars for the new computer which they sent to me by accident.
Holy SHIT I do not know what to do.
Another thing that gets me about this whole thing? Is how much Gateway will have waisted once we get this figured out. Not only is one computer basically gonna end up stripped for parts (probably my old one) but whatever tech spent forever fixing the motherboard problem on the old computer as well as the cracked hinge will have wasted who knows how much time in pay.
Just WTF. I'm so confused.
